Manapouri Boat Club Annual General Meeting 2018

Members are notified of the MBC Annual General Meeting on Saturday August 11

At Boat Club Rooms, 28 View St, Manapouri. Commencing at 3.00 pm.

Please be seated prior to start meeting on time.

This meeting will encompass;

- Presentation of Financial Accounts

- Election of Committee

- Chairman's Report

- General business

Full agenda to be notified later this week.

- Annual Accounts will be forwarded to members shortly in good time for members to peruse ahead of the Meeting.

- Refreshments will be available after the AGM so we can have a catch up and chat

A working bee will be held on the same day ahead of the meeting with details to follow.
